Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We collect all information that is put in our contact forms and can utilize the provided contact information you provide to reach out to you. We will not sell or turn over contact information to any person or company outside of Parabolic Financial Services, LLC.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Parabolic Financial Services, LLC uses sitegrounds.com SSL Manager. The following is what siteground.com promises to adhere to: “Using SSL is crucial for the security of your website. The SSL certificate encrypts all traffic that goes through your website and ensures that sensitive information like login credentials and credit card details remains protected.” Parabolicfinancialservices.com currently has activated and updated the SSL Manager to run on our site. Parabolic Financial Services, LLC also utilizes SG Site Scanner. SG Site Scanner: “The SiteScanner is a malware detection and early warning system. The system enables you to perform on demand scans of your website and performs comprehensive daily scans to detect domain blacklisting and malware. The malware database is constantly updated.”

What data breach procedures we have in place

Any individual who suspects that a theft, breach or exposure of Parabolic Financial Services or of the company’s subscriber data has occurred must immediately provide a description of what occurred via email to customerservice@parabolicfinancialservices.com or by calling 317-210-3451. This email address and phone number are monitored by Parabolic Financial Services, LLC.  Parabolic Financial Services team will investigate all reported thefts, data breaches and exposures to confirm if a theft, breach or exposure has occurred. If a theft, breach or exposure has occurred, the management team will follow the appropriate procedure depending on the class of data involved.

If the incident is a suspected theft, reach out to Parabolic Financial Services, LLC as soon as possible so we can take the appropriate action. We will determine whether a local law enforcement agency should be contacted based on the location and details of the incident. If a local law enforcement agency is contacted, the name of the agency and the report number should be provided to Parabolic Financial Services, LLC via the methods of contact outlined above.

As soon as a theft, data breach or exposure containing Parabolic Financial Services subscriber data is identified, the process of removing all access to that resource will begin as soon as possible. If the information is available on a site outside of Parabolic Financial Services, LLC, that site will be contacted to have the information removed as soon as possible.
